White Oak Taxidermy Terms of Service

Payment and Possession

  • The final balance is due upon delivery of all work.

  • White Oak Taxidermy LLC reserves the right to retain possession of all work until payment has cleared.

  • Any orders unclaimed for more than 60 days after a Notice of Completion may become the property of White Oak Taxidermy LLC and may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

Compliance and Legal Responsibility

  • By completing a booking form, you confirm that the animal, bird, or fish being submitted was taken legally in compliance with all applicable State and Federal game laws.

  • White Oak Taxidermy LLC assumes no responsibility for the legality of the harvest of any specimen listed on the booking page.

  • All licenses, tags, and identification must be presented at the time of specimen check-in.

Risk and Estimated Completion

  • Due to factors beyond our control, including field care and tanning processes (whether performed in-house or elsewhere), all work is undertaken at the owner’s risk.

  • Estimated completion dates are tentative and may be affected by seasonal demand and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

  • White Oak Taxidermy LLC, including its owners and employees, will not be responsible for any loss or damage to specimens or other items caused by:

    • Theft

    • Fire

    • Vandalism

    • Flood

    • Third-party actions

    • Acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Oak Taxidermy LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

    • Injuries or death of any person

    • Damage to any property

    • Any use, installation, hanging, mounting, or display of your mount or specimen

Additional Terms

  • No work will be released from the studio until the balance is paid in full — there are no exceptions.

  • Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once any taxidermy work has commenced.

  • By submitting your specimen, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
